Write to support@rustexa.com. This is the support address already shown in the Discord control center. Rustexa does not publish a separate legal-entity address on this page.
What to send
Bug reports, corrections to public server data, account and privacy requests (including access or deletion), and questions about partnerships, data sources, or the API can all go to that address. Include the server, skin, or account detail that the request is about.
The Discord bot page explains bot commands. It is not a second support inbox.
